Frequently asked questions
Where are you located?
We are entirely mobile! We have stylists across all of North America ready to service your event.
Do you do private label / gifting?
Yes! We can pre-make bottles for you with a custom logo and ship right to you, to be handed out at your event! No staffing needed.
What is the minimum event size?
Our event minimum is 30 people and we have no event maximum!
What is included in a standard package?
Included in a standard package is a 20ml bottle with a custom label (designed by you or us!), mirror vinyl (logo or design) and gift bag & tissue colour choices. Additions to this can be wrapped bar, decor, live artist, labels on the bags, names on bottles, etc!
Are travel fees additional?
No! Any associated travel is built into the costs you see, however we have local staff in most major cities to alleviate this burden on clients!
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
Booking terms:
A deposit of 50% of the invoice is required to book an event date are non-refundable. Without a deposit, your event is not booked. Events booked or deposits made for events within 3 weeks (21 days) of their booking are subject to applicable rush or administrative fees, pending availability, as determined by the Perfume & Cologne Bar.
Multi-day events are required to cover the cost of a one (1) hotel room for product and display storage.
Cancellation policy:
Events required to cancel their date must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice and deposits can be applied to a future date, up to 12 months in advance.
Our founder
With a background in Chemical Engineering, Ashlee spent years in the beauty industry and after a year in Grasse, the centre of the fragrance industry, she fell in love with the science of scent.
Ashlee is a mentor to young women in business and science and is lucky to employee a team of fabulous and passionate women to make all of the fabulousness happen at The Perfume & Lip Bar.
